At 4:00 a.m. today, Tropical Depression "PEPENG" {PARMA} was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 80 kms East Northeast of Tuguegarao City (17.9°N, 122.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center. It is forecast to move west slowly.
